Unable to convert ABC shows to divx using autogk

Lately I can't encode any of the abc tv shows to divx using autogk.

I use videoredo to cut commerical, and then use autogk 2.45 to encode. After the first pass I get this msg "exception number of frame is different from original." Is there anyway to fix this? Are there any other commerical cutting program I can try out?
