BeyondTV Link Cookie

My BTV has a password because its connected to the internet, but my BTV Link is upstairs. Is there a way to have BTV link save the password so that I don't have to log in each time. It's a pain because I don't have a keyboard/mouse on my Link system. Just the remote control.

Re: BeyondTV Link Cookie

Just make your password numerical, then you can type your password with the remote.

My new link machine ses 4.6.1 BTVLink because I use 4.6.1 BTV.

The shortcut target to start BTVLink (for me) without the need to enter password is:

"C:\Program Files\SnapStream Media\Beyond TV Link\BTVD3DShell.exe" /networkclient:[computername] /networkclientpassword:[BTVpassword] /networkclientport:[8129=default]

Good luck.
