Can not get CustomPortProcessing working

It seems that my custom post processing does not work.

I followed the steps in the knowledge base to enable the custom tasks. http://snapstream.helpserve.com/inde...articleid=1254

I set up PostHaste to take the post processing. The first task I put in is a little batch file to log the date/time and the file name that is being processed. But I never see that being run.

When I go into the web admin and look at the smartsqueeze settings I see no indication that the custom post proccessing ran. This should show up there, right?

I set the custom job to run immediately and tried a few recordings but nothing seems to run.

I do have autoxvid and that does seem to work after the processing but anything else in posthaste does not run.

Is there a log of what post processing occurs?

Did you remeber ti u=install the DLL file. I have forgotten to do that myself when setting up custom post processing.

I placed the DLL inside the plugin directory.. Was there any more that I had to do?

Is there any logs that describe the processing steps to see if it is erroring out someplace?

By the way where is this mythical plugins folder in 4.8.1, I can't seem to find one, and if I make one it doesn't seem to do anything. Didn't know where else to post, hopefully this will do...
