Couchville is more accurate than Snapstream.net. Staff, please help fix this problem

I noticed that FX for Dish network is on channel 136 on Couchville, while it is channel 137 on Snapstream.net

Couchville is correct. Is there a way to configure BTV to download Program guide information from Couchville.com instead of snapstream.net

Please help. I am not able to record NipTuck because of this. Matter of fact, Snapstream.net doesn't even have channel 136 listed, so I cannot even tune to it to view it.

I hope the Snapstream staff is lurking and help fix this program asap.

Thanks
- J

Did you check the preview of your lineup to see if it was fixed. I had a similar problem last week. My provider changed my lineup, but some of the channels were not listed (on my guide on snapstream.net and on my server).

When I looked at the channel configuration, I noticed that all of the missing channels were checked to hide (not sure why). I unchecked on snapstream.net and local, forced a full guide update, and everything was fine.

Yeah, to show you exactly what I see, I have attached screen shots of my channel lineup on Couchville, my snapstream settings, and my snapstream.net. So is there a way to fix it. It seems like snapstream.net and couchville are not pulling the guide from the same sources. It would be nice if this was fixed fairly quickly.

Look in two more places. On Snapstream.net, go to settings and select Preview on that lineup to see if the channels are there. If they aren't, add a new lineup to the point where you can preview the new lineup. If they isn't in either place, you need to submit a tech support request so that SnapStream can work with your content provider to get the changes

I see it in the preview mode. So I deleted the lineup on snapstream.net and readded it because the TV guide didn't reflect what is showing in the preview mode. Now I am going to ask BTV to do a channel guide download to see if it fixes it.
