getting new card

I am thinking of getting a new capture card and was wondering if i can use a wintv pvr-150 mce card even though i dont have windows mce? i am running xp pro. any comments?...

Yes, it will work just fine with the MCE, Hauppauge or BTV drivers under XP. I'm using the whitebox MCE low-profile version under XP Pro today.
