Does snapstream ever respond to trouble tickets?

I have submitted 3 trouble tickets. Every time there is a message that says snapstream will respond (I think) within 3 days.

I have not received one email in response.

Why do they say they will respond, and then just ignore tickets?

i'm sorry about the delay, with the release of 4.7.1 there has been a little more traffic with tickets

Re: Does snapstream ever respond to trouble tickets?

I posted my first ever (in 2 yrs) trouble ticket on Thursday, re a line up issue, Sunday evening I go an email from Brett Flaherty (bnflaherty in these forums) telling me what I needed to do. Worked like a charm, I was so impressed with the fast service (on a Sunday no less) I sent him an email thanking him. So they do answer trouble tickets, and issues do get resolved.

Re: Does snapstream ever respond to trouble tickets?

I just successfully resolved a ticket through them. Wasn't able to get the DVD plugin to get past step 6. After a couple of questions and submitting a screenshot to the ticket, the final suggestion did the trick.

I'm now burning my second DVD and excited to be able to archive.

The whole process took a couple of weeks but that was partly me being a bit slow to respond to some of their requests. I'm patient with them, they're patient with me. Works best that way.

At least someone responds to the technical tickets. Try getting someone to respond to a rebate inquiry! I have been waiting for my rebate for 1 year!

Re: Does snapstream ever respond to trouble tickets?

I do know that of the 2 "tickets" I submitted, the only response I received was along the lines of the proper amount of time had passed and the problem is regarded as solved.

It also appears that some issues posted here have had several tickets posted about them and the issues still exist.

I would have to say that response or not there are very significant problems that do not get fixed.
