Change Recording Quality

How can I change the recording quality from the default settings.
Currently best quality uses 7k fixed datarate. I wish to change is setting to 9600 vbr. If I use the Wintv app I can set it to any vbr rate and all is working. If I use beyond TV its fixed at 7k no vbr.

The unit is a Winvt USB2 PVR.

Go to the Web Admin and choose settings, advanced settings, video qualities.

There is no video qualities category on version 4.7.1 ?

Try a right click of the BTV Icon in the systray of the taskbar.
