BTV Inputs

For some reason i lost have the channells in my line up how do i redetect everything?

First reboot. That sometimes does the trick. It has for me before.

Otherwise shut down the BTV engine from the task menu. Open the BTV Wizard and go through that way like you're putting in a new card.

through which task menu? and reboot what? BTV? that doesn't do anything.

Where you open the web admin in the lower right hand corner, there's an option to EXIT after you right click the icon. Only then can you run the BTV Wizard to re-configure the cards.

Like was said before, try rebooting the computer first. The system can lose your configuration sometimes. Even a shutdown, then start it back up again. It's better to eliminate the power all together in the worst case scenario.

none of that worked but i did get the wizard run, by shutting down the engine going to the BTV Folder and starting the SetupWizard.exe file. still doesn't have the right channels.

apparently somehow the lineup got changed, ran the wizard again selected the extended basic cable, and it works now
