Is there a problem?
Why won't Snapstream support PIP or the ability to navigate the menus in viewscape while keeping a little window of the LiveTV show I am watching? I think both of these features are a must!

If your system can handle it, you could use 3D accelerated mode. The guide would then be transparent and whatever you are watching would be visible while viewing the guide. PIP is not something I have ever found all that useful, but that's just me.

I think it's a directX limitation that prevents the PiP...

From what I understand, It would take a complete re-write of the BTV gui. Which by the way is something SS was considering.

OK, PIP is out for now. Maybe 5.0? What about the little live tv window while browsing the viewscape, ie. recorded shows?
