Changing the email address associated with BeyondTV
Hi,
Is there a way I can get the email changed in the BeyondTV software for my serial #?

I bought a copy off someone on ebay, and I want to change the email address used to mine.

we need the original person that has the email associated with the account to contact the Orders Department at orders@snapstream.com and they will help you out.

The eBay seller changed the email address to my email address and set the password to password and then emailed me to let me know.
All is fine now.

that is only for the SnapStream.net account, in our database, his email will still be listed.

What if your personal email account changes? Is there a need (other than the program guide) to update your account info?

Michael, can a person then get your database e-mail address changed to reflect the change in ownership?
