BTV Link Performance issue
I had BTV link trial installed on my laptop and working impressively. I had a problem with another piece of software and used the WinXP rollback to go back. Now after running BTV link it has taken a performance hit. Video playback is choppy, the Guide is slow and Live TV is just as choppy as Recorded Shows.
I've tried to uninstall and re-install but get same results. I think the issue is left-over stuff from BTV that may be corrupt (just a guess). How can I get the performance I think I should have? I have 8 days remaining on the trial period. Laptop is Dell Latitude 620; Intel Duo Core 2.0Ghz 2Gb RAM.

I shoiuld also add that BTV link has crashed hard enough to completely lock up the laptop. This is after the re-installation which is why I think something is corrupt. It has crashed the laptop 3 times.
