Newbie Questions

Hello Everyone,

I am new to BeyondTV and loving a very bit of it. However, I do have some questions about what to do afterwards. For starters, I am able to take my recorded shows and make it much smaller with the same recorded quality. However, I want to know what program peeps are using to edit the recorded shows. For example, the start and the end of a show. I already have the padding = 0, but still get the recorded session starting before the show actually starts. The time on my machine is synch to the internet clock, so my time is not the problem. Also, I want to know what are peeps using to remove the commericals from the recorded shows.
