Channel Lineup Sort Order

I would like to see the channels in my program guide in a specific order. I am a UK user and have all my Sky channels connected to BTV using channel 68 through a hauppuage PVR250.
I use Birtles' XMLTV grabber and Stephane's BTV XMLTV Importer to update the Program guide. All work well.
I would like to see BBC1, BBC2, ITV1, Ch4 etc in that order.
However, because all the Channels use 68, the sort order is not quite to my liking.
I have seen the Custom channel order article in these forums and Snapstream, but this solution would not work for me as all channels are on the Sky Channel 68.
The sort order appears to be a combination/dependency of StationNumber and TMSChannel and RowId in the baselineup.xml to make a uniquechannelid.
I am not sure where these numbers are derived. Are they set in BTV XMLTV Importer or in Beyond TV? The interesting numbers are StationNumber and RowId.
For instance BBC1 has a RowID of 5350 and a StationNumber of 5350.
making a uniquechannelID of 00000068000000005350. This appears to determine the sort oder of Channels within the EPG. Where does the StationNumber or RowID of 5350 come from?

I do grab the XMTV file in the order I wish to see the channels BBC1,BBC2 etc., but the sort order changes somewhere between BTV XMLTV Importer and BTV.

Any trick or tips to help would be great. BTV works well, but this would resolve the only minor issue I have to an otherwise good product.
I am runnning BTV 4.6.1 and and XP SP2.

Re: Channel Lineup Sort Order

Program Sort Order issue resolved.
Solution - In the XMLTV Grabber I used the Post Processing function to select a mapping file called AltChIds.txt. This mapped the Radio Times channel numbers to my own.
i.e 92 to 1 for BBC1. This did the trick. The mapping numbers give you the desired sort order when BTV XMLTV importer updates BTV Program guide.
