ac3- with showsqueeze?

after a few months, i finally have my snapstream trial working (just 16 days left".) I would like to use showsqueeze and and still have the audio in AC3 (DIGIAL DOLBY). I looked in the advance settingings and tested a few shows but I didn't see the option. Can I have AC3 after showsqueeze? caleidoscopedj@yahoo.com for the registered user folks.

You should be able to do it with Autogk, but not showsqueeze.

You can buy a RCA dvd player at wal-mart for like 50 bucks that does AVI files, and I've played avi's with ac3 audio on it with no difference in quality from a normal DVD (as long as the source is good enough). This would tie in directly with the DVD burner addon to create data style dvd's with the avi files from showsqueeze.

I really don't see why they couldn't simply demux the mpg2/tp stream, convert the video to divx and then remux the ac3 audio with it, since we all know there are freeware programs that can do it.

Not only a freeware program, but a btv plugin to do it with the freeware program

Donk, you still have contacts? maybe you can put a seed in the ear.

Don't know why they haven't did this with divx showsqeeze yet. I think i've heard if you showsqueeze to WMV then you can keep the AC3 but NOT divx.
