Channel Lineup lost

I seem to have lost my channel lineup. Normally when this happens, I just re-run setup wizard and delete the existing config and download again. However, today I'm getting odd errors. I'm not sure if this is a problem on snapstream's web site or something on my side. Error: Failed to download channel lineup at snapstream.net. Click next to continue without EPG data, or contact SnapStream tech support to determine the cause of the failure.
