HDHOMERUN Lineup Not in Setup Wizard

Following http://projecthtpc.wordpress.com/200...-tv-hdhomerun/ , I can see the new custom lineup in my snapstream.net account, but it doesn't appear in the setup wizard. Any ideas?

You forced a guide update but still didn't see the lineup?

Re: HDHOMERUN Lineup Not in Setup Wizard

Please read step 35 again, the new lineup may appear blank but you can still select it.

Also make sure you made your new Lineup Digital and not Analog.

Thanks,
Mike

When using the BTV setup wizard or BTV admin, I see different lineups than when viewing my ss.net account. Yes, the lineup is digital.

Re: HDHOMERUN Lineup Not in Setup Wizard

You may not be using the correct Snapstream.net account. I had that problem and figuring it out drove me crazy for several days.

I purchased a second copy of Beyond TV to load on a new PC to record from the HD-HR. The Snapstream.net account I was using for the HD-HR channel lineup was linked only to my original copy of BTV (running on a different PC).

I kept recreating the HD-HR lineup and following all of the steps outlined very carefully but I could not get the lineup to appear in the Setup Wizard. I finally went searching through all of the posts in the HD-HR instruction thread and got a clue from someone who had trouble after upgrading from a trial version of BTV.

I created a second Snapstream.net account from the Setup Wizard in my new copy of BTV, created the HD-HR lineup there and presto !

Re: HDHOMERUN Lineup Not in Setup Wizard

Yep, somehow my BTV was linked to the wrong ss.net account. I could update the lineups in my ss.net account through the browser, but couldn't see them in the BTV wizard. I could update my ss.net account through the BTV wizard, but couldn't see them in the browser. Sure is easy to waste a lot of time on this.
