[BUG] ShowSqueeze INDEXING too CPU intensive

When ShowSqueeze is in the INDEXING phase, if I happen to be watching a previously-recorded show (SD or HD), the playback gets all jumpy. 100% reproducable.

Can the CPU usage of the indexer be throttled a bit?

Re: [BUG] ShowSqueeze INDEXING too CPU intensive

I don't see this on my machine either. The only time I have jittery playback is on my BTV Link box (which is connected by 802.11g) when I'm downloading a lot of stuff on bittorrent.

My BTV Server never stutters.

Re: [BUG] ShowSqueeze INDEXING too CPU intensive

I appreciate the input! Very strange. Maybe it's a fragmentation issue on my machine...

Re: [BUG] ShowSqueeze INDEXING too CPU intensive

Checking my machine and some of my files are VERY fragged. I bet that's got something to do with it.

Defragging and we'll see if the problem continues.
