Digital channels show Guide Data Unavailable

Hello,

I've searched Snap Stream support for the solution to my problem and come up empty so I'm hoping someone here can help me out.

I recently added an ATi TV Wonder 650 to my BTV server which also includes an old ATi All In Wonder 9600XT. I have an OTA antenna connected to the TV/FM port of the 650 and it tunes in my local digital channels just fine.

However, I am going crazy trying to get the channel guide information. I went to my Snap Stream.net account and added a digital channel lineup for my zip code and it shows up correctly both at Snap Stream.net and in the BTV Web Admin but all of the digital channels in the BTV Viewscape list program data as "unavailable".

Although the channels are identified differently in the Viewscape (2000 series) than in the Snap Stream.net lineup (channel # - subchannel #) I understand this is normal.

I have rerun the Setup Wizard several times to no avail and downloaded guide data multiple times from within the Viewscape, the Web Admin & from Snap Stream.net.

I know that I must be missing something simple

OK, I'm officially a moron. I knew it had to be something I had overlooked (multiple times) and it was.

Apparently when I ran the Setup Wizard after installing the 650 it created a channel lineup associated with the digital TV tuner input. Although I had deleted this lineup from my Snap Stream.net account it remained associated with the digital tuner input.

I found this association in the Web Admin. It was under Settings / Audio-Video Inputs / Edit Settings for the Digital Tuner input. On that page Under Channel Lineup I had to change to the Digital Lineup I had created for my zip code.
