HDHomeRun on Digg today
An article about the HDHomeRun was dug today and it hit the front page of digg. Looks like so many people are interested that it took down the SiliconDust servers!
DIGG ARTICLE This HDHomeRun is going to be sold out I'm guessing. Its just amazing no other manufacturer ever went to the trouble of developing a bda driver work-around to make their QAM tuners work with Windows-based PVR software apps. Jafa should be making plenty of money on a great device.

Dvico could have done better with their QAM support by doing the same thing Silicon Dust is doing, instead they are demanding money for the api to do it...
The media content providers (mpaa, hollywierd, etc) are at fault for all of the problems these days with things like this imho, as is Cable Labs. In their quest for the ultimate restrictive DRM quest, and the desire to squeeze every pay for play they can, it's always going to be like this.
