Vista DVD Maker BTV DVD Plug-in Possible Conflict?

I am wondering if there might be a conflict between Vista DVD maker and the BTV DVD Plug-in. I haven't used DVD very often, but lately I noticed it stops at around 8 or 9% when trying to burn. The only thing I did recently was update BTV to 4.6, which included the DVD plug-in. I can burn ok using the BTV DVD plug-in.
