Computer dead...
So I can now choose whatever is good for me
 About the TV tuner, I was looking at TV Wonder 650 but it seems many problem plagued that card which led to it's really early retirement. It was suppose to be the ultimate in non-HD display (cable feed). Is there a worthy replacement out there or should we trust rumors and wait for the next one ? BTW, what would be the best graphic card to match with that tuner if doing a lot of video editing but no games ? ya, I know that question has been asked before but technology evolves so I guess answers should also

I would replace the tunner with a wintv 1600 vista capable tuner, You can get it for under $100 bucks and you get a pvr-150 and a HD ATSC OTA tuner all in one pcb.
As far a video editing gose.... how about a quadro.
