OTA HDTV and cable at the same time?
Will beyond tv 4.6 allow you to record ota hdtv and analog cable at the same time if you have a hdtv tuner and a regular tv tuner? if so, then how do you set up the channels?

You simply setup different lineups and use the appropriate one for each capture device...

To add a little more, the OTA channels will get their own numbers. If your cable doesn't cross 1000, the OTA will be 1xxx (for example, 2.1 becomes 1021).
If your cable channels cross 1000, then OTA will be 2xxx. Works fine.
