off-peak hours
Is it possible to set the off-peak time? I have never seen this schedule. What is the default and is it configurable? I have tried to find it in the Setting menus but no luck...

Sure, it is in the web admin... So use http://localhost:8129 (or whatever you have it is defined as), ShowSqueeze => Edit constraint...
