Smoothwall and Live TV / Downloads

Anyone get BeyondTV 4.6, LiveTv or view download recording to work with smothwall 2? Every thing works fine on my network, but when I'm on the net I get a error saying the page can't be displayed for downloads and no streaming of Live tv. I think I have the right ports open, not sure, but I think so..
