New digital channel not included in guide.

Hi,

On Jan 26th WKHD located in Houston Mississippi turned off their analog channel and turned on their digital channel. I've tried several zip codes around
the Houston area and none of them include this channel in the line up. How can this problem be fixed?

More Information:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/WKDH

Thanks

Re: New digital channel not included in guide.

Guide lineups do not always automatically update upon change. Please take the steps in the following knowledge base article:

http://kb.snapstream.com/?kbid=300

Please read the article carefully -- if the Lineup Wizard does not display the correct lineup, we will need to know the specifics about the lineup, and the channel changes, as mentioned near the bottom of the article.

Re: New digital channel not included in guide.

Zip: 38851
Service: OTA
Type: Antenna Digital
Discrepancies:

Channel 45 WKDH (http://www.wkdh.com/) Located in Houston Mississippi is not listed in the above Houston, MS zip code or any other Mississippi zip code when choosing OTA Digital Antenna.
The Channel will appear in the ANALOG Antenna lineup but the analog channel no longer exist as WKDH recently shut down the analog signal and turned on the digital signal. The channel needs to be removed from ALL zip codes when using Analog OTA Antenna and added to all appropriate zip codes when using Digital OTA Antenna.

Right now I am having to dedicate one of my tuner cards and use a scanned lineup to make this digital OTA channel appear in my guide(with no guide data).
I tried about 20 zip codes within a few miles of Houston MS and none of them included this channel in the Digital OTA lineup.

Using the BeyondTV lineup wizard I get the following for Zip code 38851 Antenna Digital:

Channel Number Channel Name
2-1 WMABDT (PBS Affiliate)
2-2 WMABDT2 (PBS Affiliate)
4-1 WCBIDT (CBS Affiliate)
4-2 WCBIDT2 (MyNetworkTV Affiliate)
4-3 WCBIDT3 (CW Affiliate)
9-1 WTVADT (NBC Affiliate)
12-1 WMAEDT (PBS Affiliate)
12-2 WMAEDT2 (PBS Affiliate)
18-1 WMAVDT (PBS Affiliate)
18-2 WMAVDT2 (PBS Affiliate)
27-1 WLOVDT (Fox Affiliate)

As you can see WKDH channel 45 Digital is not listed.

Thanks
