Firefly stopped working with BTV 4.6

My Firefly was working fine with BTV 4.5 until I upgraded BTV 4.6. Now it doesn't do anything. I submitted a ticket (DOW-773348) but no answer for 2 days for no answer. Please help. Thanks.

Does the Firefly software actually start when your system starts?

If not you may have to start the software manually, you can load Beyond Media and I believe under settings there is an option for loading Firefly on startup - *just in case it was reset*

If the little Firefly icon is at the bottom of the screen and it fails to recognize the remote buttons... well then I draw a blank.

Hope it all works out for you.

I had a similar problem with 4.? (can't remember revision) but the load on startup got reset...had to turn it on again and start the software manually the first time to get the remote back.

Also you might have to rerun the setup wizard.

Thanks for all help. Yes, Firefly is running on my machine automatically. Anyway, I just got a reply from support team to run the setup again. I'll try that tonight. Thanks.
