Web Admin 'Multiple controls' error still exists in v4.6

With v4.5, I get the error below on many screens in WebAdmin. I hoped that v4.6 would fix this, but this does not appear to be the case. Can someone please help with this? WebAdmin makes or breaks this product for me, and these errors make this virtually unusable.

Try reinstalling .Net Framework.

I'd say there is at least 1 bad job in your job collection. Take a look through it for one time recording jobs that are long the in the past. Delete those jobs.
