NVIDIA Decoder and stretching to 16:9

I was setting up the decoder on my brother in law's system and installation went fine. The decoder plays the videos and they look great, but there is a problem. It will not stretch the video width to fill a 16:9 HDTV. Its set to 16:9 in the options, and still no dice. The only thing other than 4:3 that will work when switching between the aspect ratios is letterbox if I recall.

Can anyone think of a logical reason for this? His system also fails to play DVDs from the drive in BM, but the DVD Library plays them fine. I tested it with another drive and it has the same issue. Wierd. Does anyone else have this problem? Is anyone else using the decoder and are you able to stretch to 16:9?

Kinda frustrated since I have never had any issues with BM or BTV. Usually it was just a setting or something.

I'm having this same problem, BTV puts black bars left and right of the HDTV picture. Any solution or fix for this?

No solution here. I think perhaps it can't stretch it when using the NVIDIA decoder. Too bad because the picture quality is actually a little better than the snapstream decoder. If it can't stretch its pointless though.
