Decoder issues

I keep seeing what appears as horizontal lines whenever characters are in motion. I can't seem to fix this issue. Nvidia settings are a real pain to set, there is a control panel for my Geforce 6800 with many settings, let alone decoder settings. Can anyone help out?

Ok, I got rid of them, I think the deinterlacing was getting turned off because there are controls in the BTV software and controls in the decoder config.
