print the help manual

I am a newbie, trying to set up BTV. Is there any convenient way to print the help topics? I don't want to just go through the old "print" command, because I would like to print on both sides, clean up the printout, etc. Is there any way to get it in a pfd format? Thanks. Bill Roberts
