Editing SmartChapters

Has anyone stumbled on an easy way to edit the smartchapter xml files?

I'd like to improve the accuracy before archiving to DVD.

(I thought I read something about this some time ago, but cannot find it.)

I personally use VideoRedo Plus, which will read in the smartchapter file and allow you to adjust them in a few minutes and export a cut mpg file. From there I can use Nero to make a DVD or run it through xvid for hard disk storage.

I think VideoRedo is well worth the money, but perhaps you could clarify what you were looking for so that others can comment--a GUI that will edit an XML file, perhaps?

A GUI that would edit an XML file would be great! If it could covert the hh:mm:ss.xxxxxx to the >nnnnnnnnnnn that would even be better.
