BTV on Dual Monitor not working with upgrade

I was on BTV 3.8 before, the free 30 day expired one and I just upgraded to BTV4. So far with the same settings I had before, I cant move the display to both monitors like before. Now it shows blank on one monitor. The only way I can get it to play on both is to change the renderer to 3D accelerated. That doesnt work well.
Before I used Cyberlink Video/SP and that doesnt work now on either monitor. It for some reason shrinks the video to only a quarter of my screen. The only one that works now is SnapStream Video/SP but only on one screen and its showing a little bit of interlacing lines when before it was rock solid. I do notice that the CPU usage is a little less. Anybody got any suggestions?

Im not trying to display across both monitors, just be able to move the BTV screen to one monitor or the other like before.
