Which PID video stream?

Just started recording OTA HDTV and I was wondering if there is a code or a pattern to PID video numbering? I do a QSF and I never know which video stream is the one I want.

Re: Which PID video stream?

If it's a BTV recording, just use StreamSnip to only keep the stream you were recording...

Thanks for the suggestion and I will give it a try. Sure wish I knew the secret code though.

Re: Which PID video stream?

there is no standard to it.

if you download TSReaderLite, you can look at the OTA channel and see the PID assignments.

Thanks I will try it out.

BTW is Streamsnip a feature that was added to 4.4? I am running 4.3 and do not see an option for it.
