Can't Uninstall BeyontTV 4.40

Hello all, ? I installed Beyond TV 3, uninstalled this no problems found, then I upgraded to the demo fro Ver. 4, i had to uninstall this program because i wanted it on another drive, when I ran the add/remove list, Beyond TV 4 didn't uninstall completly, when I trind to remove it again, it said that the program was already uninstalled ,do u want to remove this from the list. So I did. Now I can't reinstall the latest verison,because I get a message that the current version is running and installed. I don't see anymore file that have the Snapstream content, How can i get this really uninstalled to replace that install that failed. Please help, I did want to try this program but I wondering if this will be the begining of serious issues. Any other good TV viewing programs alailable.
