Beyond TV Software Capture Devices Error
Hello,
As you can see I am new to these forums and also new to tv tuners. I was trying to get my tv tuner up and running, so i connected my VisiontekRadeon Theater 550 Pro to my Windows XP Home Rig i recently built. I installed the latest drivers for the card from the website and the latest snapstream beyond tv, and used the included product key. Then, when I ran the setup wizard, I got to the part of choosing your TV Tuner, and I get an error that goes like this: "Your current product key does not allow you to use software capture devices. Please select a different capture device." Anyone know what to do?

I uninstalled it and installed the trial to see if it was a problem with the key, but then i got an rror message that said that my capture card doesn't have a tv tuner installed??? Here is a http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16814129050 to the card i have:
