Does Nvidia DualTV MCE support digital cable?
Will the nvidia dualtv card support digital cable and display its digital picture?
I currently have no set to top box but will probally get one in the coming months and was about to buy a nvidia dualtv for my BTV but will it support the digital cable box? like actually display the digital picture?

No, that would require cable card support... The best you can do currently with cable is either QAM (not supported by BTV) or Firewire (you need a cable box with active Firewire port and to use third party software)...
So in your case you will need a cable box to feed each tuner through s-video or such.

You could just connect one tuner to the cable box via s-video, and feed the other tuner plain analog cable like you do now. You just won't be able to record 2 digital channels at the sametime, or record one digital and watch another digital live. You'd be limited to one digital channel at a time, but it would work.
What I really like about the DualTV card is that the second set of inputs are actually on the card and do not require a separate bracket like the PVR-500.
