could move the file elsewhere and then move it back, though I believe you'll lose extra info doing that. And probably its place in line, too.

Dunno if there is another way or if you consider this easy, but if you open your recordings folder in Windows explorer and rename the file (eg Lost-(Three Minutes)-2006-05-17-0.mpg to Lost-(Three Minutes)-2006-05-17-0a.mpg), it renews the flag. BB
