What does this message mean?
In order to broadcast live Windows Media streams, you must have a software encode capture card installed and enable live Windows Media streaming on it from the Audio and Video Input Settings Page. I am using a Leadtech Winfast PVR XP with BTV. Sorry....probably newbish.

sorry...should have said I got this when clicking on Live TV in the Web version of BTV...under http://localhost:8129/LiveTV.aspx

IF that card happens to be Hardware Encoding -- then Web LiveTV Streaming is not an option.
If it is a Software Encoding card -- you will have to go into Web Admin --> Settings -- Audio Video Inputs -- Edit the Imput -- click on Show More options at the top -- and near the bottom of the screen you will find the Windows Media streaming options -- as seen here: http://www.snapstream.com/support/be...ersettings.htm
