Which .exe can i use for a graphics profile?

There are a bunch of beyond tv exes so i was wondering which one i would use to make its own personal graphics driver profile?

you know how like in the nvidia control panel you can make graphics profiles for games/apps so it uses that when the game is lanuched

I want to make one for Beyond TV but there are a bunch of .exes that lanunch when you use Beyond TV so I don't know which one to have it point to.

I think I would use
BTVD3DShell.exe
