Who can I contact about snapstream.net problems?

Can anyone help? I have directv in the Pittsburgh PA area and my listings are messed up! I've e-mailed snapstream support a long time ago - no response.

Spike tv channel 325 not in the listing

Foxsports Pittsburgh, removed and replaced with a listing for foxsports New York!
Frankly I can not buy the New york and could care less what they do up there, I just want my listings back!

Any input would be a help

Thank You

You will have to go back to contacting support -- as that is the only means of getting this issue cleared up.

When exactly did you originally put in the request -- PM me the email you used -- I'll check it out.

did you try deleting your channel line up from your online account and creating a new one?
you would also need to delete and re-import it into BTV

Re: Who can I contact about snapstream.net problems?

Thanks for the input guy's I'll try the wizard again and deleting my online acc. By the way this is in version 3.5.

E-mail? heck I sent in about Sept. last year...

I will try changes this weekend. I some times hate messing with it, one of those "if its not broke..." I have been so reliable I hate to make changes.

Thanks guys
