Extreme AV solution

Hi guys,
I'm looking for a bit of advice, I have project that requires to take in 4 external video streams (TV, DVD, Other video sources).

and I need to potentially output any of these out put to any one or more of 8 displays

I was thinking of using 2 Hauppage PVR 500's and 2 Matrox QID LP PCIe

At least a dual core processor and fair chunk of memory.

Do you think windows will be able to handle all this?
