I recently purchased BeyondTV 4.20 and I'm using a hauppague PVR-150. I selected my lineup at snapstream.net and it shows all the listings fine, but when I go into the BTV program at first it said "no guide data left" then I went into the snapstream settings and attempted to manually download it. It seemed to have worked (went from 1% to 100% and it even gave a success message) but when I go look at the guide the channels still display "unavailable" and the "no guide data laft" message is gone.
I noticed that my C:\Documents and Settings\(USERNAME)\Local Settings\Temp\beyondTV directory that gets populated when I manually download the data there are files that get placed there but in the end they get automatically erased? What is up with this? I'm behind a linksys router and I made sure i opened the TCP ports listed in the knowledge base... Can anyone help? Thanks I'm running Windows XP Prof. SP2 |

Re: Guide Data "unavailable"
I have exactly the same problem. Strange thing is that everything was running fine a few weeks ago. I went out of town, and when I got back, the program data was unavailable, even though the downloads appear to work and report success.
