non-rebuild ?

i have two lineups in the web admin

one for my american DISH and one for my Canadian dish

when i look at the channels in the web admin

my canadian lineup has (non rebuild) next to it.

anyone know what the nonrebuild is?

I can't help you with what it is, but I have the same thing for my Cablevision listing in New York. My best guess is that it's something internal to do with how they set up their systems. Some people have the newer line up, some have older ones. That's my guess. But either way, it doesn't seem to effect anything, I get all my channels. . .

Not sure if that helped you at all, but there it is anyway. . .

Actually it does matter at least in my area - San Francisco.

In the linups, I have both options rebuilt and non-rebuilt. So I called the cable company and asked. They answered immediately that all San Francisco area is rebuilt.

It must depend on where you live. . .

did they mention what REBUILT means?
