Which issue? The audio delay / stuttering? I found a possible by downgrading the Video_NSP and Audio_NSP drivers to catalyst 5.2. Check this link for the info:

This card is listed as having problems, no audio or video. See quote below. "SnapStream Media technical support, or its testing department, have determined that the following capture devices ATI All-In-Wonder X800 XL (We are currently working on adding support for this device.) is not supported" I upgraded from an ATI aiw 9700 pro using BT3.74 to the ATI aiw X800XL. Have two machines, different configs but same ATI card & same problem. Have latest drivers and have tried earlier version & no go.
