Can't get upgrade from BeyondTV 3.0 to 4.0

Hello,

I recently purchased the Beyond TV 3. I sent in the product key and a copy of receipt to request for upgrade. I got a response from SanpStream that confirms I am approved for a free upgrade to Beyond TV 4. I went to the verification page listed in the email. Entered my product key, select retail purchase, and select purchase date per instruction. Instead of being taking directly to the shopping cart with Beyond TV 4 (accordong to the confirmation email), I was taken to a page that asked me to send my product key and receipt to info@snapstream.con :-(

I tried multiple times with the same result. I sent an email to info@snapstream.com but got no response for several days. Any suggestion on how to get the Beyond TV 4 upgrade?

Are you trying to upgrade from the PC with BTV installed (and running) ? If so, is it currently running the trial of 4.0 ?

Yes. BTV3 is running. I didn't try the trial 4 version. I am waiting for the BTV4 product key before moving to BTV4. Thanks.

I would run the trial just in case to make sure it works to your liking first
