License Question

I own 2 snapstream 3.x licenses. I recently upgraded one of them to 4.0. Am I allowed to sell the Snapstream 3.x license that I didn't upgraded and no longer use?

I am going to bump this for an answer, because I frequent the trader forums A LOT, and I have seen a few for sale .I'm thinking the license ISN'T transferrable. ANY input? BD51

According to the license agreement in the help file:

"except that you may permanently transfer the Software and accompanying materials provided you retain no copies and the recipient agrees to the terms of this Agreement."

That said, how much can it be worth? Full licenses are $70 and upgrades are $30. That means that it can't be worth more than $40 and even so, might not be worth that to a buyer since they can get it directly from SS for that.

Just my thoughts.
