Unable to download BTV 4 Link
Just bought the upgrade and am trying to download a copy of Link for my remote PC. I receive this error:
Not Found The requested URL /trial/BTV_LINK_V400.exe was not found on this server. Could someone at Snapstream notify us when Link is available for download? Thanks.

Could you send rakesh an email to let him know that nobody in the UK, maybe even the world outside the US, appears to be able to upgrade.

Don't think it's that. When entering your personal details it will not let you proceed unless you enter a state even if the country is set to UK.

It's being looked into -- we'll get it fixed for you.
I've tried it myself -- and I've gotten to the screen where you would enter the credit card info -- selecting -- say -- Kent and UK... didn't get any errors trying it...

This page:
http://www.snapstream.com/Download/b...ad-updates.asp currently links to this: http://www.snapstream.com/download/b..._v400_2811.exe ... which gives a 404. This is what could be confusing some people.
