Dissapointed
I was very dissapointed to find out that I'll have to pay for the BTV4 upgrade less than 6 months after buying BTV3. If I had of known the next version was coming out so soon, and was not a free upgrade, I would have waited.

You need to contact customer/tech support with pricing issues/questions. From the forum rule #6:
