RF blaster for NLC STB?

I currently have a 2 tuner, 3 client BTV setup with a cable inputs that works great. I have an interest in possibly moving to VDSL TV from a local Telco. Their Set top Box is a Next Level Communications (NCL), now Motorola Box that is controlled by an RF remote only and does not have a serial input. It is also capable of tuning 3 different channels (it has 3 coaxial outs) which are controlled by three differently coded RF remotes.

Does anybody know of any "RF blaster" that can be controlled by BTV to tune the STB by RF?

It's been almost a year since this was posted so I thought I'd resurrect this thread and see if anyone knows if a PC controlled RF blaster exists now. I have the same STB as the original poster.

Anybody know of one?
