In need of expertise

I have the ATI all in wonder pro tv tuner card. A HP with 2.93 GHZ and 760MB of RAM. 3 250 GB hard drives plus the 200 GB HD that came with it. I would like to know just what I need to get beyond tv off of my computer screen and onto my TV.

Re: In need of expertise

Impossible to answer without knowledge of your video card. Kind of TV and the types of inputs it has would help too.

Re: In need of expertise

Like mrgrocery says, it's really a function of what kind of outputs you have on your graphics card and a function of the inputs you have on your display device. We'll be publishing howto on connecting your PC to your display (whether it's a TV, an LCD monitor or a plasma).

Meanwhile, the "HDTV television connection to the PC" section of this blog posting is relevant if you have digital inputs on your display and digital outputs from your graphics card:

Otherwise, you could also use an s-video output or an analog composite output.
